Customer Service
Customer Service is an almost forgotten commodity in today's business world.  That's why we strive to provide the best customer service anywhere.  In addition to the top-notch customer service that Kuhns Bros. provides, LakeSide Log Homes prides itself on the customer service we provide our customers, not only before and during the sale, but thought the entire construction process.  Even after you move in to your new log home, if any problems should arise, Ray and Linda, as well as, Kuhns Bros. Customer Service Department, are just a phone call away. 
Many of our customers live in other states and cannot move to Tennessee until their dream log home is finished.  "Building long distance" can be a frightening experience if you do not have someone close by looking out for your interests.  We will keep you updated on your home's progress with pictures, e-mails, and phone calls.

We also understand how overwhelming it can be trying to make all the numerous decisions that come with building a new home.  As an Interior Designer, Linda has developed a network of valuable resources over the past 18 years for items such as kitchen and bathroom cabinets, finished flooring, appliances, and lighting and plumbing fixtures.  As part of our commitment to customer service, we provide our customers access to these resources without the additional contractor's up-charge one would normally pay for these items.

Drawing on Linda's Interior Design knowledge, we make it a practice to sit down with our customers, and using their construction blueprints, physically mark where the light fixtures, light switches, outlets, telephone lines, and cable hook-ups will be placed, making an easy to follow electrical plan for the builder.
